Tamira Muir is a seasoned human resources executive with over 15 years of experience leading people strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation across both public and private sectors. She brings a strong track record of aligning human capital initiatives with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and culture.

Throughout her career, Tamira has held senior leadership roles with progressive responsibility across HR functions — including employee and labor relations, talent acquisition, payroll, HR systems, and learning and development — while supporting complex, operationally driven organizations.

As Founder and Co-CEO of The Muir Group, Tamira leads a new wave in HR consulting by combining traditional human resources principles with the power of artificial intelligence, helping small businesses, startups, and government contractors build scalable, compliant, and future-ready HR infrastructures.

Alonzo Muir is a Human Capital strategist, federal leader, and entrepreneur focused on helping small businesses scale through structure, compliance, and innovation. With over a decade of experience in the federal government — including his work with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development — Alonzo has built a reputation for navigating complex regulatory environments, strengthening operational frameworks, and protecting organizations from risk.

He specializes in interpreting and applying federal laws in practical, cost-effective ways, helping organizations avoid costly legal exposure and optimize performance. Alonzo holds a Master of Science in Negotiations and Conflict Management from the University of Baltimore and is a certified mediator, bringing advanced expertise in conflict resolution, negotiation strategy, and workforce alignment.

As Co-CEO of The Muir Group, Alonzo is leading a new wave in HR consulting by combining traditional human resources principles with the power of artificial intelligence. His philosophy is simple: structure drives growth, compliance protects it, and innovation accelerates it.
