With over a decade of experience in the federal government — including his work with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development — Alonzo has built a reputation for navigating complex regulatory environments, strengthening operational frameworks, and protecting organizations from risk.
He specializes in interpreting and applying federal laws in practical, cost-effective ways, helping organizations avoid costly legal exposure and optimize performance. Alonzo holds a Master of Science in Negotiations and Conflict Management from the University of Baltimore and is a certified mediator, bringing advanced expertise in conflict resolution, negotiation strategy, and workforce alignment.
